Alycia Vosinek promoted to Head of Lending

St. Johnsbury, VT . . . James Kisch, President & CEO, Passumpsic Bank announces that Alycia
Vosinek, Commercial Banker in our Littleton market, will be transitioning into our Head of
Lending position. Alycia brings over 32 years of banking experience with her to this position,
with 20 years of her banking career at Passumpsic Bank. Over the years she has held positions
from Teller, Personal Banker to Branch Manager as well as extensive lending experience in
indirect lending, consumer lending, mortgage lending and commercial lending.

Alycia is currently attending the graduate banking program through the Barret School and has
also expanded her knowledge of banking and leadership skills by attending Banking Schools
and earning diplomas through the American Institute of Banking and New England School of
Banking at Williams College as well as attending the Leadership North Country program.
Alycia has been active in community involvements by serving on the Town of Littleton River
District Commission(2013-2021); Town of Monroe Trustee of the Trust(2007-2011 & 2014-2018);
Board member and Treasurer for Affordable Housing Education and Development(AHEAD)
(2016-2019); plus previous civic involvements with Littleton Area Chamber of Commerce
(Board/committee chairs, Vice President and President); North Country Board of Realtors
affiliate member; Lyndon Area Youth Hockey Association Board member & Secretary; and
Ammonoosuc Community Health Services Board member and committee member on Finance
Committee and Strategic Planning/Public Relations committee.
Alycia and her husband, Nicholas have two children, Tyler and Emily.
