St. Johnsbury, VT — Passumpsic Bank is pleased to announce that Ellen Stanley has been promoted from Newport Commercial Banker to a Senior Commercial Banker position.

“Ellen has been a dedicated member of the Passumpsic Bank team for over 40 years, with the majority of her tenure spent in the lending area. Her expertise, commitment, and passion for serving clients have made her an invaluable asset to the bank and the community,” said Alycia Vosinek, Senior Vice President and Head of Lending. “Throughout her career, Ellen has demonstrated unwavering support for her colleagues, customers, and the local community. Her deep understanding of commercial banking, combined with her strong relationship-building skills, make her a perfect fit for this role, and we are excited to see her lead with the same passion that has defined her career.”

In her new role, Ellen will work closely with the Head of Lending on all aspects of the commercial loan function, including overseeing the development, structuring, underwriting, and management of commercial loan relationships that meet established requirements.

Ellen has been with Passumpsic Bank for over 42 years, holding various positions within the company, including serving as the Commercial Banker for Newport since 2009.
